Not helpful, very bad customer service. After being told what needed 3 times and made feel bad. I finally gave up and went to money mart , got 4 times more money with no hassle and friendly people. The staff should be replaced with someone that actually cares. Made me feel very unwelcomed . Awful experience

If I can rate it - 5 stars I would. The lady is super rude. Ive cashed a cheque there in the past, today I went after work and the lady told me she couldn't cash my cheque cause "head office closed my file" .. umm okay? I had proper I.d proper cheque not even opened or anything. SHE WAS JUST TO LAZY TO MAKE ME A NEW FILE..... super super rude too. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired.

I went back to that place and kept coming to get another chance however I did got that but Janet changed her mind and wouldnt helped me at all. I gave her all the documentation that she told me to get her however its not good enough for her business. She wouldnt listen to anything. Shes rude and the policy of done burrowing is a stupid policy to have. Money tree needs a new policy. Janet shouldnt be working at that place and says she cares and wanna help their customers but clearly she just want to refuse and not listen. I like the other employee and shes very understandable and listens to anyone.
