Ive lived at Vista429 for 18 months and I must say that it is everything is as its billed to be. The suites are well laid out open concept with oversized windows and 9 ceilings. Very modern design with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, generous cabinet and storage spaces. My ground floor apartment has a generous concrete 12x 7 patio with a fenced in private lawn and attractive landscaping. Vista429s amenities include luxurious lobbies, indoor parking, a well equipped gym, comfortable residents lounge and a guest suite available for rent. The best thing about living at Vista429 is the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff... from owner Louis to sales manager Janelle to property manager Tracey to Mr. Fix It Don. They all make living here just about worry free. Sherwood Developments is 1st class all the way.
