I would not give any stars if possible. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered! She should not be working with the public, especially at a clinic such as this. She was miserable and extremely rude to my grandmother and myself, has absolutely no customer service skills at all. I will be making sure the proper contacts are informed of this matter and hopefully they put a more pleasant person in her place.

Told to park in back if using walker or wheelchair. No parking at back, two spots for service vehicles. Ten times further walk for someone with walking difficulty. Front door 5 ft from curb with snowbank in front. Overall poor handicap access.

I really dont know why you are given a specific appointment time when its first come first served when you check in regardless of your appointment time.
