Have been using Honeywell as contractors to maintain our building's HVAC and fire system. Technicians in Winnipeg are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with their services. They overcharge for their labour services, falsify their hours of work they have carried out. After their initial repair for problems with cooling, i was told to replace thermostat, there was nothing wrong with the thermostat. It was his way of making more on commission. The repair guy has the air of royalty about him. Whatever he say is the law. Very arrogant. Billing was way out of line and did not give an estimate of how much it would cost. No communication of any sort untill i land with the bill. The repair guy loves to talk down to women!! He forgets that he is just a technician not a Surgeon!!! Very disappointed with the whole company and their services. I will not be recommending them or using their services in future. Totally takes advantage of the situation.
