        Always a long wait time to get loaded. Was hoping I'll be able to take a tour of their shops while I wait, but I got kicked out even tho I was wearing the proper PPE. Two stars because of the very welcoming and kind lady at the front desk.

        The customer service provided by Lee Hotas and his assistant Vince was absolutely great. It is nice to see people who will stand behind their products. They solved a problem with a color issue in a very timely fashion.
