        Called about a general question. It was not his brand of fireplace so he would give no information. He was rude and not helpful at all saying "I don't know, maybe" and "they tell me to say nothing". I wouldn't buy from here in any situation.

        Was shipped a 2 year old prototype unit with out the advertised features. Numerous problems with the unit. Company did not back up their product
