I go here for a class about 4 times a week and I love it. The classes have a balance between fun and learning because the people around you normally don't judge. I've also been getting stronger by each class. 10 out of 10. Would recommend

Andrew and Lindsay hosted the greatest birthday party for our daughter EVER. They really went above and beyond with decorating, set up, hosting, entertaining and especially fun. Lindsay is a wonderful artist and used her talents to personalize the party for our daughter. It was incredibly special. Thank you again for your kindness. 10/10, would recommend.

Facility was not the cleanest. Mats felt sticky and kinda gross. There were kids running around on the mats while rolling. The class was very unformal, the instructor started the class without any real instruction that the class was beginning.. Didn't feel like a great source for learning BJJ as it was only my third class, and the instructor was insulting me on my technique which was very discouraging and felt like he was coming across pretty rude. I'm far from soft skinned but I didn't feel like he even wanted to teach me. And after the class, I felt very unwelcome at the gym speaking to the instructor after as if he wasn't interested at all of having me join the gym. Would not even go back for a free class and found a new gym that's awesome.

Andrew is amazing! My son goes here for jiu-jitsu and the warmth and gentleness provided make it easy for the kids to feel safe and comfortable while learning a new skill! Highly recommend!! They also book birthday parties!! They take care of almost everything! Just bring a cake!
