        Bill - The best Martial Arts experience I have ever had, the coach is very nice to everyone and even let you spar if you have glasses. But this GYM IS THE BEST experience I have ever had since taking boxing. (The coach in the MMA gym goes more in depth of striking in boxing more than my old boxing coach) Not only that but Coach Alex conditions you very well and my old coach didn't even condition me at all.

We all take classes and look forward to the challenge, fun and personal growth that come from putting in the work. Coach Alex has perfected the balance of pushing us to be our best while giving us a lot of guidance with the skills taught in class. I couldn't recommend this enough.
