Work was completed satisfactorily .. at least as far as I can tell. The crew left a lot of the mortar dust in my eavestrouphing and as a result my downspout was clogged without my knowledge until I noticed after a few days of rain. When I notified the owner I got a petty email in reply. Guess the lesson is dont expect a high degree of professionalism if you have a complaint. p.s. I was outside the whole time the repair was being done. Neither workman said anything about there being leaves in the eavestrouphing as a matter a fact they were more interested in yakking it up with the another Simmons employee working on my neighbors chimney. The owners reply to this review leaves me unimpressed yet again..

Needed a repair on my fireplace crown. I Got the impression my job was to small for Simmons to even quote on. They should put on there web site, big jobs only.

They never returned my call. Sorry owner says I never called. Maybe he should check. Two phone calls made July 9th and July 12th. I have them in my call history
