I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Kris at Alleviate Therapy, and I must say it was an incredible experience. Kris was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns and pain points, tailoring the massage to my specific needs. The pressure and technique used were perfect, and I felt like all of the tension in my muscles had been released. He checked in during the massage to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure and technique. Overall, I highly recommend this massage therapist to anyone who wants to alleviate muscle tension and feel rejuvenated. His professionalism, skill, and personalized approach made my experience stand out as easily one of the best therapeutic massages I have experienced. I will not go anywhere else for massage therapy. Kris is thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I leave from his treatment a little taller and in less pain.

I have been to chiropractor, physio, sports therapy..and then kris. I couldn't be happier. I can walk straight again ..my life has improved tremendously. I'm excersising and my pain days are few and few. highly recomend
