This is the second time I had an appointment and the doctor was 40 minutes late. No updates, they just keep you sitting in a room hoping you are not goingto complain. They treat people as "revenue" and not as " people" who might be suffering. If you can avoid, please choose a different clinic

My almost 3 year old had zero interest in cooperating when the front desk was trying to take his weight and wanted nothing to do with the doctor, I was feeling stressed out and a little embarrassed, but they were SO incredible with him!!!!! So patient and so kind, they really went out of their way to try making him comfortable, thank you!!! I would bring my child here again.

Most friendly staff at a walk in I've experienced. My son went there after a work injury and he just raved how great they were. So, I decided to go there. I was experiencing an issue for a cpl weeks. Receptionist on the phone was super friendly, not annoyed by my phone call. Walked in, again receptionist friendly as heck. Dr was thorough and I feel asked, examined and made a plan to help me solve my issue. Hopefully, we can get issued resolved. Thank you Ray of hope.

I had a great experience at Ray of Hope clinic. Got in the door just after they unlocked it at 9am, the receptionist was pleasant (considering its Monday morning haha) and I was with Dr. Gendy by 9:10. He was thorough, polite and asked questions, and briefly explained the medications he prescribed. This was probably one of the best walk-in experiences Ive ever had, though I realize not everyone has been as fortunate as me today.

Dr is okay but the receptionist that has taken my height and weight for the last few years is incompetent and rude. 2 years ago she measures me and says I am 5'7 and I say "what I shrunk?" She rolled her eyes and said "no that's impossible you can't shrink you were always 5'7" .... Okay spent my whole adult life thinking I was 5'9 but okay? Then this year she measures me again and tells me I am 5'5 so I panic and say "I SHRUNK AGAIN?! HOW???" I legit look down at my clothes that fit the same but I've now lost 4 inches of height in just two years I'm thinking is my spine compressed? Am I dying? Why am I shrinking so drastically?!? Again she tells me I can't shrink that's impossible. I tell her "But... I've always been 5'9 and last year you said I was 5'7 so I'm shrinking... How did I go from 5'9 to 5'5 in two years?!" She rolls her eyes at me again and tells me "you can't shrink you would always have been 5'5." I got I to the waiting room where my BF was waiting for me and I panicked telling him I am shrinking! He looked at me like I'm nuts and said "no you're not. I've known you 17 years and you're the same height you have always been!" So we get home and immediately stood against a wall and marked off with a pencil then pulled out thee tool kit and tape measurer.... My wall and boyfriend confirmed I am 5'9 still and the receptionist is an ignorant gaslighting idiot. We laugh about it now and it's a huge inside joke "Oh Ya KnOw I'm FiVe FoOt FiVe" as I'm putting things away on the top shelf I can easily reach. Tell me you can't read numbers without telling me you can't read numbers.
