The receptionist was super rude and unprofessional barely knows anything. Yells at phone acts like she is the doctor ignorant I like dr. Carrier but stay away from elemental professional health care

The front end staff are the most condescending people I have ever met, very young and immature. Very good doctors when you can get an appointment, Carla is a rock-star, known her and Dr Eng from the days back on St Marys with Casey Woos clinic. Catherine is awesome! Some great people there but unfortunately some are not. By-pass the front-end staff or even bettergive them your opinion of them. I hope to see some of the front-end staff replaced soon.

I tolerated this office for many years- Drs and reception were OK at best. But Dr Carriere was great! She was friendly and always made me feel at ease. I did end up leaving this office as I moved across the city, but I did consider staying here solely due to her.

Dr. Carriere is a good doctor BUT you can never get a hold of her when you need her and the receptionist is impatient, doesnt care about anything that is said to them, responds with the blanket answer of your appointment is at this time. Very condescending about our needs. If Im calling to speak to my doctor because its urgent and Im scared. I need to speak with them. Obviously theyre busy. But to be met with a blanket answer and zero compassion is so upsetting.

This clinic has cancelled 2 of my appointments now through Medeo without giving me an explanation as to why they had done that. The past 2 appointments I have been trying to book has something to do with my mental health and they seem to think it doesnt matter. . The receptionists I guess makes the call as to what is urgent and not urgent which is just terrible at least for me. Not even a call back was initiated whatsoever to apologize for this inconvenience.
