Started seeing Dr. Rezk in January 2023. He has taken excellent care of me as a regular patient. He is on top of my medications and follows up with my ongoing health care needs and communicates with my specialists. Appointment wait times are as expected for Winnipeg, but not outrageous. Parking is convenient and the Dr. and staff are very considerate of my time. I have recommended him to several friends and family, and they are pleased.

I have been attending Life & Care clinic for almost a year now. the entire team from front desk to pharmacy and Dr. Rezk are very attentive. I am very pleased with the pleasant experience every time. Dr. Rezk is very caring, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. he is a great physician and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Came in there for supposed "Prenatal Care", I was not prepared for the questions he was going to ask me. He expected me to keep track of my period dates. He was very condescending about me not having all the answers for him right away. I just wish he was patient with me because it all just felt rushed. He basically was doubting my pregnancy and needed proof of it before doing anything which is ridiculous. I just didnt enjoy the experience, i felt super anxious within less than 5 minutes of being there. My boyfriend hated seeing me like that. I of course cried after because of the feeling being overwhelmed, not what i was looking for AT ALL. Do better. Im definitely not going back.

I was 15 minutes early. It would be rude to keep the doctor waiting. I waited patiently until 15 minutes after my appointment time when I heard the receptionist telling another patient what order everyone would be seen in. I was last. I talked the receptionist. She told me the doctor had come in late and was trying to catch up. I wish she told that right away. Maybe I would've waited if she communicated with me. Or at least I could've made the choice to leave right away. Even better, they could've called or texted to let me know the doctor was so far behind. My time is valuable too. And I showed respect by being there early. If the doctor doesn't know how to manage his time and reception doesn't know how to manage expectations, then I'll find a different doctor.
