I have never had a problem with my GP here. A different doctor from my GP was the only time one left me feeling unheard. But that was many years ago now. I have had some issues with the admin side in the past (which could have been due to the managerial changes they were having then). Overall, they have been better in the past. But it's still better than any other office I've been to.

Useless hotline number and if you want to leave a message they will get back to you after 3-5 business days! My appointment is in a few days and I need to ask something important before going there.

Access Transcona is a joke. My Nurse Practitioner is CINDY ALLEN. She has to be the worst health care worker on Gods green earth. No bedside manner. I lost my doctor of twenty years and ended up with her. I suffer from fibromyalgia and IBS and also migraines. Since I started seeing her I have been taken off my sleeping pills and pain medication. The two things that make my life unbearable. If she the only doctor left in Winnipeg, I would head out of town. Stay away from her. I am certain I am not the only one but people have to speak up!

Cindy Lee Allen is the worst nurse practitioner. She shouldnt even have a job here honestly. She denied me treatment because she didnt believe I had the symptoms. Ive never had problems with access until I got Cindy as a NP. Highly concerned that she still has a job here
