Just called there to reschedule the appointment the receptionist is way to rude did not help me at all and cut the phone.such a bad service.they should know how to deal with patients properly

4* because they were running behind (we hand an appointment for our toddler's COVID-19 vaccine). The physician that have him the shot was friendly and my son said "it didn't hurt at all" and that he didn't even feel the needle. The physician didn't waist time but had good bedside manners and helped make my son feel as comfortable as possible. I was quite impressed. Thank you!

I didnt have the best opinion of this place from my first two visits but chalked it up to my anxiety. Today I tried to call Dr. Okoro to see if I could talk to her about finding a psychiatrist for myself since I need one. The receptionist that answered the two times I called today spoke in such a quiet voice I couldnt understand what she said, when I asked her to please repeat herself, she didnt say anything at all. I tried calling the main number google provides you with, they told me the story was closed, it was not, and that a doctor had retired, so I assume that number was not the clinics actual main number. I regret agreeing to have Dr. Okoro as my family doctor immensity. Do not go here, it is not worth it and if you have anxiety or issues in social situations like I do, its even worse because you might not even notice youre getting poor service until you see the reviews because you assume its all in your head.
