Huge waste of time. Waited for 1.5 hours for walk-in appointment, I was booked in at the 9am open time. Told the doctor I was having sever abdominal pain and have had diverticulitis in the past and this was very similar. He pressed on my stomach for 10 seconds told me I was fine and sent me on my way. I told him I'm not fine etc... His was response was he wasn't concerned. Well if youre not concerned why are you seeing patients? Complete clown show. I would avoid.

I received an ad in the mail stating they were taking on new clients. I called that day and reception said she was too busy to talk so email my details. Weeks later and they have not returned one call or email. If they dont want the business then why advertise? Shortly after posting this review the office called me to book an appointment. Weeks later I arrive for my appointment and they ask me didnt we call you to cancel yesterday? To which I replied no. So they said they will keep my appointment to meet the Doctor. While waiting about 1.5 hours several patients were becoming agitated with the long wait times (yet they took a walk in right away). I have since had follow up appointments booked which they promptly cancelled the day before. Dont waste your time here. If I could have rated this 0 stars I would have.

The reason for this rating is cause of Dr Alshantie. Feb.14th my daughter took my grandson to get his finger looked at . This Dr talked to my 11 yr old grandson kept good eye contact, good bedside manner and very thorough. Unfortunately there was a procedure that needed to be done my grandson handled himself like a champ. The Dr was patient with him. Even waited to start the procedure so my daughter could go get her dad to come and be there to support. We were pleased with Dr Alshantie. My grandson left there asking if that was his new Dr. To me that alone speaks for itself about the Dr. Highly recommend this Dr . He is accepting new patients I believe if needing a new Dr.

My wife and I booked our first appointment with the doctor. The first available slot was in a month. Close to the appointment date, we were informed via voicemail that the appointment was cancelled. Later I called back the clinic and was told that all was good, and we can arrive on time. The day we got an appointment was a blackout in the area, so we just got receipts for my wife. To do all paperwork we needed to book another appointment. The next available slot was available in a month, again, on February 14. Today I got a call and was told that my appointment was cancelled again. UPD: I booked appointment again, March 27 this time, and got a call with message that this, third in a row, appointment was canceled. LOL I visited clinic once, and heard that dr. lipinski complaining that she is loosing money... yeah, now I understand the reason. Will newer contact them again. Don't know what I expected.
