        One of the front desk agents was nice, another one was surprisingly verbally aggressive to my mother and I. She didn't seem to want to help.

        Dr. Did NOT care, infact defensive when told that what she gave me simply made me worse. I left sicker then ever with bad news to boot. She pushed me out after being late and not allowing me to discuss most important issue. Very unprofessional but worse then that she is mean!

        they are rude! they puck up the phone and ask you to hold and after 5 minute of holding they hang up on you with out explanation and when you call back they font even bother to answer all i wanted is my daughter vaccination record to be transferred that i already signed on that 3 weeks ago they still didn't.
