TERRIBLE experience! I have never received the call from the clinic on my scheduled day/time and they banned me from making a new appointment. I explained several times that I never received the call.

Do not waste your time here! They are only available one day a week and then call to cancel the appointment because the practitioner is no longer available that day. I had to book the day off of work using vacation pay. Not sure who they think their clientele is however most people I know are not able to just take time off work whenever its convenient for the doctor!!! On top of it what I was prescribed didnt help one bit!!

I had a phone call appointment here and oh man Started off iffy as communication was not great and they took a while to reach out but it got done eventually. However upon receiving this reply it was then even harder to get ahold of them to actually book in the appointment in. (Emailed 3 times trying to get a confirmation) However, this was the LEAST of my concerns here. I had my appointment to discuss with the nurse they assigned me and she not only didnt seem to know what she was talking about but also, gave me false information and assured I would be prescribed the product we discussed then did the opposite. Our chat however ended up leaving me confident enough to end the phone call and receive my prescription following. (BIG MISTAKE) Once prescription was received (opposite of what wed discussed) as mentioned above I was surprised to say the least and upon contacting the company by phone for help on this they simply backed up the nurse and said her notes say she didnt say that and that they couldnt help me. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND wasting time here. Spend the extra money or whatever needed to go to a real place !
