If only i could give a big zero. The lady who took my blood is great and friendly but when I phoned in 1 wk after (oct 2 at 8.15am) to follow up on my blood test result (They told me it will take 3-4 days for it to be sent to my doctor and it was already past that), the receptionist was so RUDE! She asked for my health card number for verification and while i was giving it to her she keeps on cutting me off saying she needed the 9 digit pin number. And i explained to her i am already giving my 9 digit health card number to her but she keeps on cutting me off. Then she shouted at me telling me i am getting angry and that i am shouting. I told her i am not shouting and that i am just telling her what she was asking for. She was so defensive when it was very obvious that she was the one who made a mistake by not listening first and answered the phone already in a bad mood to start with. Unicity, please train your personel. Those who deals with your clients should be polite and respectful. They are the ones who represent your company. She even told me not to come back there. I will not recommend your lab to anyone.

Open on Saturdays and offers ECGs so quite convenient. Was in and out within 15 minutes despite the fact I had multiple tests done and staff were all friendly.
