Crestview Medical Clinic

I lost my family doctor a couple of years ago and started seeing a doctor at this clinic. I have been so impressed with them. Like everywhere, there are moments where Ive been frustrated with the medical system because everyone is human and sometimes there are miscommunications, ect. But what sets this place apart is their willingness to work with you when this happens. More importantly, this is a clinic with staff who truly listen when you have a concern and work very hard to get you seen quickly when its something serious or time sensitive. Im going through a situation right now where I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune arthritis and Dr. Jordaan has been so thorough and compassionate while helping me to get a diagnosis and treatment. He has made referrals to specialists and has worked to help me manage my symptoms until the specialists take over. Truly a great place and team!

The staff is really lovely and caring. I see Dr. Moran De Muller and she is a sweetheart and takes her time to address all my concerns and takes everything I say seriously. Ive seen some walk in Drs here as well and theyve all been great. The pharmacist is also fantastic. The waiting room is large and very clean and is never full. I really feel cared for here!

I phoned and the lady I was speaking with at the desk was AMAZING. She helped get my husband and kids set up - which took time and she was so patient and pleasant the whole time. I am looking forward to this clinic being our family doctor!! Thanks so much

If there would be an option i would have chosen the negative stars because i have never seen the rudest and the racist lady like this clinics receptionist the moment i entered in the clinic and told her my sons name the expression of that rude lady just changed and she dont have manners at all, i would never visit this clinic and you guys should not too, I dont want anyone to go there and treated with disrespect and rude expressions face. I have no words to use for that rude and racist lady but i pray to god to give her some calmness in life So there was no option to reply the answer clinic has gave to my review so i am editing here there was no misunderstanding regarding the rude and racist and mannerless lady it happened before also, 3 times is no misunderstanding, i wish someone treat her the way she treated me and my son.

This is an AMAZING clinic staffed by some of the loveliest, friendliest people I know. Their medical team is absolutely first-rate and is extremely women friendly. Without even reading any other reviews, I know people will have complained of rudeness, - but this is a gentle reminder that no one OWES you kindness. You get out what you put in. Our healthcare system is not a business - these people are not there to get you to spend money, they are there to help manage a facility that allows you access to medical treatment quickly, and for free. It is incredibly difficult, and being treated poorly by folks who are stressed about their health is their majority. I guarantee you that if you are friendly, polite, and respectful, you will never have a reason to complain about these wonderful, super hardworking people.
