We bought a filter queen vacuum cleaner, when they were selling it to us they said it had a lifetime warranty, so we thought it was a good deal even if it was expensive, after about 2 or 3 months it had electrical problems, so we contacted the dealer, they said we had to call the warranty department, so we called them, and as I spoke to the lady she said your warranty is still good and we just needed to send in the old one and they would send us a new one, so I asked her, doesn't it have lifetime warranty, she said no only 2 years, so I found out atlas air had been lying to us just to be able to sell it, so we sent it in and when we got it back we saw they had returned the same one and just fixed it but whatever it was only about 3 months old so we were quite, after another couple months the same problem again, so I had to send it in again, I'm very disappointed in this company, I recommend buying a cheap one, works better then there expensive ones.
