All the staff here are always very friendly, food is really good and consistent. Great rewards program aswell

I ordered food on their app for my girlfriend and her cousin while I was at work. They didn't deliver the food. When I called to find out what happened, they blamed me and said I put in my phone number incorrectly and they could not send the order to Door Dash because of that. I did not order from Door Dash, I ordered directly from Bar Burrito. They charged my credit card and would not refund me. They also said they could not cancel the order. They told me to come.pick up the order which I could not do because I was at work across town. They told me to pick it up several times. Never once did they apologize. I went to the location the next day and the "manager" I spoke to said she can't cancel the order either and offered to make the order, which we no longer needed because now it's nearly 20 hours later. She never offered a refund either. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card and it still took them 78 days to give me my money back. Never again will I order food from Bar Burrito
