Maggie and Luisa were awesome when we decided to buy and sell our house! We didnt live in Winnipeg last year when we purchased, but we wanted to arrive with a house. So they visited, recorded, photographed and sent us all the information we needed to buy our house Now that we needed to move again, they were the first step to selling our home. And it was the best choice! They did an amazing job and we sold our house after 2 weeks on the market. Definitely recommend their service.

Maggie was referred to me by a friend that also bought his house with her. He said that she would go above and beyond for us and she did. She was always happy to show us houses, even when we explicitly told her that we would not buy at that time because of the rate increase meant that we needed a bigger down payment. We are fairly new to Canada and the house we bought is our first here, so she always took the time to inspect the house, the house's history, etc. and explained all of it to us so we could make an informed decision. Luisa, who works with Maggie, also did the same. They both were great and if they though the house was not for us (because of issues, location, or any other reason), or was priced too low or too high she would let us know. Finally, and this is my biggest plus for them, whenever I had a question regarding how things work in Canada, pricing, even how big is a realtors fee, and many other questions (and believe me, I had more than most people would) they would not hesitate to answer. Overall, they were very friendly, polite, and dedicated to finding us our dream house (even when we knew it was out of our budget at the time). As Maggie says, she is not in it to sell you anything, she will help you find the best house for you.
