Nova Physio

I have seen three different therapists here, over many years, sometimes for months at a time. I would often "give up" on finding a solution after months of not seeing any improvement (it's very expensive for 10-15 mins of care) and then go back to it in desperation, hoping that this time would be successful. I have yet to have any improvement in my symptoms nor any explanation or what is going on. I even developed a new and different pain while under their care and when I asked about it, it never got adressed, she just kept repeating the same internal releases which have never worked. When asked what nerve could be the problem, I never got an answer. I've long suspected PN but it's never been mentioned in all of my appointments although their website and sign on their building says they specialize in PN. If you're going there for incontinence or for tight or low tone pelvic muscles, they're probably super helpful. I haven't found any benefit to going for my specific pelvic pain though. Now working with a pain clinic for pain management. I wish I didn't have to go this route

Went in with a Pelvic muscle issue, Lesia was very professional, compassionate and caring, highly recommend, great staff and service, parking.

I've never done Physio before, and was super anxious. Within 5 mins my physiotherapist made me feel super comfortable. I will continue to return.

If your "undercarriage" (pelvic floor) is causing you issues, this is the place to go!! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and understanding! Lynne Gagnon is amazing, full of knowledge and will educate you on your specific issue. Highly recommend!!
