        Tried to book an appointment online for service. Website asked for information. Then contacted by service department a day or two later. Asked for all the info that was on the online service request. (Not sure as to why you ask for info twice). Then service department took 6 hrs to diagnose issue. And that's after a previous device center spent 3 hrs in diagnostic. Dodge service department refused to reference previous diagnostic information. Definitely would not recommend that you take your vehicle here.

        Salesman was fine but thats where i draw the line, don't expect any kinda actual service from this place once you drive your vehicle off the lot! 5 years of vehicle problems over looked by service, full manufacturer warranty + extended "best warranty money can buy" and I'm still paying out of pocket!
