Lydia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the condition and treatment plan thoroughly and provides excellent follow up. Acupuncture is highly recommended!

Lydia is extremely knowledgeable and caring for the treatment of her patient's physical and emotional well-being. Lydia is really kind and is always starting a friendly conversation. Lydia also offers vestibular therapy and physiotherapy which my mom and dad have greatly benefited from in terms of of their physical recovery and wellness. Facility is very well managed and is being sanitized regularly after each patient.

I took my daughter to see Lydia for a sore ankle. My daughter was a bit nervous about seeing a physiotherapist and Lydia was amazing with her. She was gentle and explained everything really well so that we both could understand.

Lydia is very professional and takes her time to understand what my injuries are and listen to my concerns. Lydia has the knowledge and understanding that helped get me back into my routines as quickly as possible. Physio was effective as well as the acupuncture sessions. The facility is clean, and inviting, and conveniently located. The small gym has everything you need for the prescribed exercises!
