Tyler has been great to work with. We met him when we went through one of his listings in Oakbank and although we did not put an offer on that home we were impressed with the quality of work that went into the listing and his overall personality. He has been patient with showing us numerous houses--we warned him up front we'd be fussy and he readily accepted the challenge. He always displayed a calm demeanor and there was never any "pressure sale" techniques. He helped us find the right home and we also trusted him with the sale of our home after getting to know him after a year of house hunting. Excellent, very professional work indeed. I give 10/10 rating. Communication is very easy whether by face to face, calling, or texting, confident, honest, explanations are clear and precise, and answers questions the best he can and a handyman too. Great marketing when he's promoting the sale of the house, very knowledgeable and can give really good advice about what's good and the flaws about a house you're interested in purchasing. Definitely check out his website. Easy to navigate, lots of information, listings of his sales, videos of advertising homes, even a step by step video called "Home Buyers Master Class" which is a definite must see. All in all, would absolutely recommend his service and expertise to anyone that is selling their home.

My family moved from Ontario to Manitoba, purchasing a house with no house hunting trip, only watching through Tylers videos online. After 3 different offers, we finally got our house! Tyler did an exceptional job! He was always quick to answer phone calls/texts and always found the answers for us in a timely manner if he didnt know. His attitude is upbeat and he is always ready to assist in any way he can. It was a great pleasure to work with Tyler. I would highly recommend Tyler and his team on any move!

We worked with Tyler over 8 months of house hunting and had a truly fantastic time doing it. Right away we could tell we were in good hands. Tyler is honest, open and patient - he isnt just trying to make a sale. It was so easy setting up times for showings with him, and we really looked forward to every one getting excited about ones we knew we would offer on.. laughing about ones we knew werent a good fit for us. We found our perfect home. And when it came time to sell our home, Tyler was super helpful with tips and general guidance. His confidence in us and our home really rubbed off on us during this very stressful time, and we were able to get our house ready, listed and SOLD without too much second guessing. We feel like we made a friend through this process - a friend I would recommend to anyone who needs a great realtor.
