We went to the Prairie Kitchen Catering pop-up for the FortWhyte Alive Goose Flight Feast, and it was amazing. My partner had the meat-based meal, and I had the vegetarian one. Both were outstanding. His meal included the chicken dumpling soup in consomm, and a pork schnitzel with sweet potatoes pure, beets, and Brussels sprouts in miso. I had the arugula salad with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and mascarpone, and the mushroom gnocchi. We both had the schmoo torte, which was out of this world. What a wonderful catering company. It was my first time enjoying their food, but it certainly wont be my last. I will be looking out for them in the future!

Prairie Kitchen Catering did an absolutely amazing job of my sisters afternoon tea party on Sunday. The flavours of the appetizers and desserts were outstanding. The service and staff were friendly and exceptionally attentive.

We did not have the best experience when we first started looking for a caterer for our wedding. The original caterer that we started with took our deposit and then closed up shop and offered us no refund, but thats a story for another day. Enter Chef Matty! The food to me, was always one of the most important parts of our wedding. Its what everyone remembers and as someone who loves food, I wanted to remember it too. That being said, guests from our wedding still talk about the food that Chef Matty and his team prepared. Every single bite that came out of the kitchen was nothing short of incredible. Appetizers, dinner, dessert and our late night perogy bar, every morsel was prepared to the nines. I dont think Ive ever had such amazing food at a wedding, or in most restaurants if Im being honest. He and his team made us a meal we are likely never to forget.
