        The staff does not have the common courtesy of saying, "Thank you so much for your patience or Sorry to keep you waiting. We appreciate your patience." when the other people in line have been waiting for more than 20 minutes due to 30-minute quick loan transaction. Also, the staff does not know how to listen when I asked her for a next day service. She made my transaction as money in minutes, not next day service, so I needed to pay extra for transaction fee.
