Last time I used MoneyGram was in April 2021. Today, May 21, 2021, I tried to log in to my account because Im sending about $50 CDN to the Philippines but couldnt log in. Tried several times to no avail & a message appeared on the screen saying to call them. I was told my account was closed due to suspicious activities and that I can no longer use Moneygram!! I asked for an explanation but the agent couldnt provide me any details. Its not like Im a money launderer. Its unfortunate that they restricted me from using their services while Im trying to help friends and family in the Philippines and Zambia every now and then. Worst, they couldnt give me a just cause.
