During the time of rising interest rates and no communication from our financial institution we had to make a change and decided to reach out to Bailey for advice. Bailey responded instantly and provided us with a wealth of information without any pressure so that we could decide what the best next step for us would be. Our best option was to move our mortgage away from our current lender and due to our unique property, we ran into a lot of unexpected surprises. Each time something came up Bailey clearly explained the situation but most importantly, provided a solution. She very easily could have suggested that we just stick with what we had because it may have been more convenient, however, it was not the best option. She continued to research and ended up getting us exactly what we were looking for. Baileys professionalism and communication gave us the peace of mind we were looking for and we would highly recommend reaching out to her!

Bailey was excellent to work with for our mortgage transfer. She works efficiently, we had an approval in less than 24 hours and paperwork done next day! Also saved us $6800 in interest on a 4 year fixed rate. Win win!

It is rare that I feel compelled to write a reference for service received however this time it is extremely warranted and I write this with sincere appreciation for all the projects we worked on over the years.
