He even picked up my telephone call while at a family celebration. The transfer went smoothly and he got me a far better rate than my former banking institution. I would highly recommend using Tim for your mortgage needs. You wont regret it.

        Tim was right spot on from the begning. No hassle to deal with. Only reason I did not go with True north Mortgage, it took a while to approve the application, while I was not sure about the outcome. Especially when the rates were rising, i end up refinanicing the mortgage with TD bank.
