Ok, so to start off. Our first appointment as a first time home buyer was suppose to be at 9am. Ended up calling 1.5 -2hrs later. Then after getting pre approved for "said amount" we ended up trying to call her to fix some issues on the legal side of things as we drew up the agreement wrong. But instead of answering the phone she kept sending out our paperwork to different banks, not caring about our interests. We had called her 72 times within 3 hours. No call back. Honestly if you're looking for a mortgage broker who doesn't care about anything other than your money. I would call Sandi. I would never use her or dominion lending ever again. Nothing but headache after headache, not to mention not very informative as to what was going on, which is pretty stressful as a first time home buyer. Being one of your biggest purchases and to be left in the dark every step of the way. Definitely don't go here unless you want to be stressed out for no reason.
