I was told I could not get a mortgage and needed to improve my credit rating. I was given Darylh as a contact and he looked into my situation as a courtesy. Darylh advised he thought my credit was decent and provided professional guidance and worked with me snd builder/seller patiently guiding and leading the process. Darylh clearly stated how much I would need and for what. The builder advised that he believed some figures were not correct, such as land/transfer tax and Darylh patiently and kindly waited for exploration and all turned towards his correct position. A few months later I had a lender, excellent terms and all done with no stressing. I am still in awe that this all happened and I am a happy home owner.

I had been looking for a house for over a year, and Daryl was with me every step of the way. I could not ask for anything more than Daryl, he is extremely knowledgeable, very caring and punctual. He's quick to answer your questions and very personable. I cannot recommend him enough, I will be advocating for him to everyone and anyone that needs a mortage broker. Thanks Daryl!
