I had dealt with Gary Sidhu in year 2019 and my experience was extremely disappointing. If there was an option of zero star, i would give that. So, zero star for him and his services. There were blunders made from his side, lack of communication, lack of transparency in passing down the information to customers. On the top, he never admits his mistakes.

I highly recommend the mortgage word. Gary and Sunny are an absolute professionals Incredibly knowledgeable, ethical, and reliable. Working with them at the mortgage word definitely exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and helpful.

Gary helped us buy our first house, we didn't think we would qualify this year but he had options, I was able to talk to him honestly about our finances and he was open and understanding, no discrimination. He tells you what you need to do exactly and if he has any concerns that would prevent you from qualifying for a mortgage, I didn't have a chance to meet in person with Gary but he managed everything over the phone and email in a timely and professional manner, we were in a rush to present approval of funds for our offer to buy the house we liked and he made it happen.
