Update!!!! If youre thinking about using this moving company? Please look into what happened in Toronto; regarding the practice of scamming people. The moving company in Toronto, that was arrested and charged with fraud is extremely similar to this; and our experience with Premiere Van Lines. Update!!! Just a reminder for those people looking for a moving company! Do not use this company, they lie, manipulate, and basically hold your belongings for ransoms. I would not trust this company to move me across the street or across the country. They will treat you professionally at first and once they have your belongings loaded onto their trucks; you are doomed. They will tell you that the weight of your belongings are heavier then originally stated. Which will end up costing your thousands of dollars. Absolutely the worst service. Use this service based on their contracts with Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP and federal government employees moves. Michel Gzebowki, Area Manager lies, break promises and does absolutely nothing to help you. If you are a Veteran moving home, do not use this company or Atlas. They basically have your items as Ransom until you pay. Our bill was approximately 3.5 grand over quoted price. When we called for an answer, we were told pay or they will not offload our items. The customer service is awful, Michel does not return calls or does anything to make this situation right. Told Michel and Terry the manager that we would be explaining our situation to the MFRC and Veterans groups regarding there business. We are still waiting for an explanation on how they could be way over the price and why we had to pay. Why we still havent been given our money back or how a area manager can be so deceitful and dishonest. Spread the word that this is the worst company and does nothing for their customers.

Absolutely atrocious service. We made an appointment to pick our belongings up out of storage only to wait an additional 2hrs from our booked time. They stated that our service isnt their priority and we could sit and wait all day. Their complete lack of organization caused a what could have been simple 30 minute move into a frustrating half day ordeal. Do not recommend Service: Moving-related storage
