        IF I could leave zero stars I would!! PREM who is horrible and incredibly unprofessional is awful. DO NOT!! book with them. Tried booking this company and had to confirm THREE!! separate times the date and time needed. I was told everything was good for the day requested... come moving day they do not show up and tell me they do not have my move on the schedule. I shouldn't have had to confirm ANYTHING with them when I booked it should have been done correctly. I REPEAT do not go with this company they are scammers and horrible. I now have to pay triple the price for movers needed last minute because this company has left me stranded.

        BEWARE Do not use this moving company unless you want to be left completely high & dry. I booked online and confirmed a date for move. PREM emailed back & confirmed. I verified that we were good to go a week before the move, same date, same time. Text him this time, he confirmed. I even sent him a screen shot of the original email, as it seemed he wasnt sure if the date was booked. Again, he confirmed. Day of the move, no show. Called & said they would be here in half an hour and that they had gotten the date wrong. HOW? Anyway, mistakes happen, I waited for them to show up. An hour+ passes, still not here (even though they said half an hr), followed up, told me they still would be longer than an additional 20 mins (now 1.5 hrs late) and that maybe I should book with another moving company. The customer service, the accountability, everything is disgusting & terrible. They even tried to place blame on me, saying I had told them the wrong date. Despite having email and text proof that wasnt the case. The whole experience was incredibly stressful as I went on a hunt for another company who could do it completely last minute. The result being paying more than double for the move on account of PREMS utter ineptitude. Not professional. Disorganized and rude. BOOK ELSEWHERE
