        Driver hit my house his boom while entering the driveway. The claims department is a nightmare to deal with. They wouldnt give an exact number that they would cover and they take long periods of time to respond. I was told that a claims department representative would contact me and they never did. Over 3 months later Ive decided to go through MPI as I really dont trust the shady claims department this company operates. I have all the emails to show how bad it is. This should of been resolved within a couple weeks after it happened. Now Im getting multiple quotes and waisting even more of my time. I wish I never hired them. Horrible company.
