I was an employee of this business for five years from 2017 until 2022. I came on board just over a year after it opened and became the Music Director of the school shortly after. After voicing concerns to the owner last year regarding the behavior and misconduct of management, I was let go. Myself and several other staff members were mistreated here for years. Many of them quit after this mistreatment. If any long time parents or students remember how often we would have a new studio coordinator, that's an example of what I'm talking about. I can only describe the working environment I experienced as overwhelmingly negative but there were staff members who were more insulated from this than I was, given my proximity to management. It was rare that this spilled over into the experiences of the students but it did happen. In my opinion, there are other truly local options for music lessons that deserve your business.
