        I went to Saigon for first time a few months ago for a pedicure where they removed shellac I had on before. They said there was a charge which was totally fine Which I paid at end of service. Then I go back like 3 months later and I go to pay and the woman working says oh we didnt charge you last time to remove the shellac- so youll have to pay that now So rude And unprofessional.I explained I believe I did pay but they argued with me (however it is their issue for not charging me at service time not 3 months later for 5$) Do not recommend this place and I never put negative reviews but go elsewhere. To follow up the owner send me a very rude message. Service: Pedicure
