Nails 99

Had probably the worst experience of my life, first of all I went in hoping to get a fill , they told me they cannot do a fill for me I would need to get a new set, I agreed to it . Before we could discuss pricing or anything she started filling my nails . I asked her how much would be a new set she said $62 for gel and it would be cheaper for acrylic ( i already have gel nails on) I said okay , I asked her that I want a little bit longer than what it is right now ,she said for medium length its $10 more. I showed her that I want maybe a 1mm more than what I have now. I showed her a French design she said that would be 10$ and then quickly changed it to $15 per hand saying that its a deeper French and it will take longer. Meanwhile she was still filling down my nails I told her to stop but she kept pulling my hand. Cause I didnt want to pay an absurd amount. While I was trying to calculate how much its gonna be she starting laughing with her colleague in their language and it almost seem like they were mocking me. At that point I asked her how much ar acrylics as you said gel are more expensive she replied saying acrylics are $62 gels are more when I asked how much are gels she said she didnt know she has to check ( this literally gave off that she was trying to rip me off as how come she doesnt know her pricing for new sets ) when I pointed out that she told me it was $62 for gel she said no she never did. At that point I couldnt take it any longer and I left while I was leaving she and her male co worker were mocking me saying goodbye bye bye . This place is such a rip off , I have been to PYT nails and if youre from wpg you would know that they are well known for their artistry but I have never had to face such stupidity and ignorance. I currently have one hand with full nail set and the other with 2 filled of nails and rest just bluntly cut nails .And lets be real they dont really even know How to do proper nail art so save your money and utilize it at a different nail salon.

I had a pedicure here but the guy who did it seem to be so distracted with what he is doing. He kept on talking to his coworkers in Vietnamese and doing the pedicure without even looking at what he is doing. He did not clean or used the nipper properly and even had to point out to clean it some more since there is still lots of cuticle left. He used the scrub very sparingly, scrubbed it as if its not touching the skin. He did not massage the feet! Wow! I cant believe this experience! My experience here has always been fantastic except for this guy. If you ever go here, opt for another manicurist. The owner whos also a guy is good. This only other guy, beware! He is not good at all! Terrible experience this time! What a waste of money! Service: Pedicure

This nail salon is a true hidden gem! The staff is incredibly talented and attentive, and the salon is clean and welcoming. I had a fantastic manicure with stunning nail art, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit for more pampering and nail services.

I visited Nails 99 for a hand treatment, and my hands felt incredibly soft and rejuvenated afterward. The staff were professional and friendly, and I'll be coming back for more pampering!
