Got the feeling I was over charged. Went back to clarify why my bill was so high and was given the run around. We were provided receipt and according to the manager the machine was down. It's safe to say that was my first and last time there

So, Im giving them a 4 star because I really loved the final result and thats huge. The gentleman who did my liquid UV gel nails was awesome. Very friendly. And the UV gel feels really good, better then that powder stuff that other salons try to push as gel nails. However, when my husband and I went in they couldnt find our appointments. They still got us in which was great. Then the foot bath was only luke warm. Then I was told that they couldnt do what I wanted on my toe nails. Now this was somewhat understandable because I just cut my nails and they are somewhat small. So I just went with one colour on my four toes and a flower on my big one. Then the nails. I was told that they could not do the nail art that I wanted because , and I quote, they didnt have the right brushes. So I was a little miffed cause the only reason I tried out a new nail Place and this one in particular was because they bosted about their nail art online. So I picked a different take on a French manicure. And they turned out great, very colourful and nicely done. But then I paid and they charged me $245 dollars! Their board gave the price as $30 for my husbands perdicure, $40 for mine with shellac, and $70 for my new set of UV gel nails. Now I know there is a charge for designs but $100 extra dollars?!?!?!? So Im torn. I liked the service, except for what I mentioned above but no one is perfect and I understand human error etc, but the up charging was crazy! It was the most Ive ever paid for nails in my life! Service: Pedicure

Quality of service and my pedicures have declined considerably. I tip very well and have gone back figuring I would give it another try but no improvement. It's like an assembly line, get in and get out. Quality of work is so disappointing. I won't be going back. I should NOT have to keep asking that they do their job right. No pride in work. I'll never go back. BOOK WITH ANNIE AT FRANK'S HAIR SALON ON HENDERSON!!! BEST QUALITY PEDICURE. SUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. SHE DOES AMAZING WORK AND ONLY $25 FOR A PEDI WITH POLISH! I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A PERFECT PEDI. No assembly line work here! She also does manicures, shellac, lashes and waxing as well. Beautiful lady, very talented.
