Worst experience I ever have. They ruined my nails by using nail drill in manicure. My skin near finger nail started bleeding and after 3 weeks when my nail polish took off, my nails got so much weak that I almost feel like its a paper and they could bend easily. There was a crack like lining on my nails as well. She did not clean my hands during manicure as well. I sent her message to call me back to discuss my concerns which she never did and made excuse that she did not check my message. Of course, you replied to my message in 5 mins when I booked an appointment to do mani pedi because you were going to get money that time. I finally visited the place and showed her my nails. She accepted that the lady who did my nails should have not used nail drill as its only used on extensions and not on natural nails. When I asked her the solution for this, she told me that she will fix it for the time being by using nail hardener but I have to use it for a long time. I decided to get that done which was like less than 5 mins job. First she said she can do it in 10 mins as she is with other client. After like 2 mins, she said she never said so and also lied that they will close at 6pm when they were going to close at 6:30pm. When I insisted to fix my nails right away, she hurriedly did it in 3 mins. The worst part was when I asked for compensation (which she should have offered instead) in the form of giving me a little bottle of nail strengthener which was like $5 only, she backed out from everything what she said before and now she said the lady who did my nails was not at fault. Its actually my skin which is not suitable for manicure. Like seriously???? She also said that she cannot do anything after one month when it was 3 weeks actually. How can I go before having problem? May be if I were to get dream that I will be having problem after 3 weeks, I should better go now. They do not have much clients and thats why they keep having promotions going all the time. I also want to point out one more thing that the 5 star reviews are given by one person (Nguyen) a lot repeatedly. They have been giving reviews to themselves to show they are giving brilliant service. I would recommend not to go there as its a rubbish service!!! Services: Manicure, Pedicure
