        Welcome Place? What a misnomer. Hardly welcoming. Some of the staff there are very rude and unfriendly. "We are FULL", one receptionist lady told me - without even listening to what I had to say! No more funding. Serves them right. Total disgrace and waste of Canadian taxpayers $$$. RIP.
