        This company is taking Wrha to the cleaners. As a third party supplier of services, they fail miserably. I am sure they are charging a lot of money from Wrha but do not have the resources to provide the services they are supposed to. They keep calling me and cancelling visits, and when they do come its never ever on time. I can go on and on about my experiences but it may not make any difference but I needed to vent.

        Everything worked out as expected no delays appointment times work. Friendly staff great service. Way better than the last drug testing place I went to on Portage.

        As a long term client of CBI i do not recommend this company. They constantly cancel shifts and change staff on a regular basis Most of the staff is caring and competent. If you want a regular schedule this is not the company for you.
