        Great experience! Great work out! Havent worked out in years. I was very worried if I would be able to keep up. I was able to keep up and when I could not I went at my own pace. The staff were great and very informative.

        Work out was great - full body. Enegery was high and atmosphere was very supportive. Coach went through all exercises and stretching too which is always helpful but often forgotten. I will definitely be going back!!
