They have a good selection of very high quality ergonomic office chairs. I dealt with Richard and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the right chair. They even assembled it and helped load it into my car.

I had been on the hunt for some home office furniture for the past couple weeks and then finally stumbled upon bfworkplace. Read a couple positive reviews and decided to call in. Ergonomic chairs can definitely get expensive so when I first called and spoke with Richard, I was honest about my budget and was delighted to hear he had some options to show me. The whole experience was positive and I didn't feel any pressure to make a rushed decision. Richard showed me a couple chairs that were within my price range and then showed me a floor model Amia Air chair that was on special which had some great features. Although the Amia was a bit outside my original budget, I decided to get it after doing more research on it. Not only does the chair feel great, it also looks great! Bonus is the solid warranty on these products (12 years) and the fact that you can work directly with bfworkplace should there be any issues, which is unfortunately becoming a rare concept these days. My experience here was reminiscent of how sales used to be. Richard was very helpful as soon as he answered the phone, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire transaction. I enjoyed the one-on-one relaxed sales environment where you're not pressured to make choices but instead make informed decisions. He walked me through the different office chairs I would potentially be interested in and was patient while showing me all of the various features, as well as pros and cons of each one. Richard is very personable and I hope to do business with this company again with the same level of care and attention I received for all of my future office furniture needs. I would definitely recommend this company to friends or family who are looking for quality furniture and top-level customer service.
