I was at this clinic with my mother, and it was really troubling the amount the Asian employees that were talking in their language. To the point they would ignore us and continue speaking to each other like we weren't there. There was one young lady that was very helpful. She was very accommodating and pleasant speaking

What was supposed to be a two hour appointment actually was almost 3 1/2 hours. When my husband finally saw the doctor the procedure was extremely painful, like sharp stabs in his eye. During this time I was on the phone with my daughter as I was concerned about my parking meter running out. I had used up all my change and the cashier had left for the day so I couldn’t get change for the meter. She was able to drive to the lot and add an hour using the ap. I should have been in the room with my husband to hear any instructions for recovery. When we left all the office staff were gone, One person we approached in the hallway said he could go back to work in a day or two, while the doctor had said something like 2 weeks of rest. We weren’t given and paperwork to explain the recovery, I’ve had to search online for this. Then the front door was locked and we had to exit through the back of the building and walk around. We felt very uncared for. It was a horrible experience.

The front desk for Dr. Jastrzebski was extremely racial discriminating and I feel extremely offended by her. I dont know why there is no complaint approach. This is ridiculous. Worst medical experience ever. I will not choose nor recommend this institute.
