Needed a simple screw replacement on eyeglasses not purchased from them. Very friendly, prompt, helpful and professional service! Cant speak for every service, but on asking how much I owed, they said it was free. Impressed.

Try walmart Kenaston vision center. Excellent customer service, good affordable products. Whenever I go there for my kids glasses the staff is always very helpful in selecting the right frame for my kids eyes. I would recommend you try it out.

Horrible customer service ! Go elsewhere ! I requested my pupil distance which is on my file as I have purchased several pairs of glasses from them and paid them $355.00 for todays purchase. They said they would only tell me that number if I paid them 35 dollars. I said between myself and my family we have given them thousands of dollars in business. This is how they treat me as a loyal customer ??? They said "we don't care" I and all of my family will never purchase from them again !
