Exceptional customer service! I needed a new prescription. River Heights optometry was able to accept me for a same day appointment and accommodated my travel requests for new contacts. I was sent home with samples to try and the kind staff ordered my contacts right away to come prior to my departure. For all of my eye care needs, the RHO team has my full and complete trust. River Heights Optometry is amazing. Sanj, at the front desk, was very warm and welcoming. Dr. K Deane was wonderful. She is kind and was very thorough with my eye exam. She took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. Ill definitely be coming back!

Best eye doctor I've ever had! If you want someone to give you all the important information and care about your well-being like a doctor should, go here! It's an incredible place and you get treated like royalty from the phone call to set the appointment to when you walk out the door.

Lots of availability, thorough exam and recommendations from Dr. Menon. Really friendly and knowledgeable front end staff. Booking through their website was super easy and its a convenient location with good parking. Will definitely reccomend the clinic to anyone looking for an optometrist!
